Face-to-Face Therapy
Face-to-face appointments take place at my therapy room based at 6 High St, Ross-on-Wye, HR9 5HL. There are numerous car parks within walking distance.

Online & Telephone Therapy
Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Hypnotherapy, and Rewind Therapy can be delivered effectively online, wherever you feel most comfortable. I also offer telephone appointments and WhatsApp messaging for Solution Focused Brief Therapy and coaching sessions.
Online and telephone therapy is just as effective as face-to-face sessions, so you can be confident in the quality of care you’ll receive. Many people find that attending a session from a familiar setting helps them feel more relaxed, focused, and ready to make positive changes.
