Introductory Call
A 15-minute initial call (by phone or video) is free of charge.
It’s a chance for us to talk about what you’d like help with and for you to find out how therapy could work for you.
After the Introductory Call
If you feel that scheduling a full session is something you are interested in, we can discuss this either at the end of our introductory call or you can contact me afterward to arrange a session.

SFBT empowers you as it has, at its heart, the fundamental principle that we are the experts in our own lives and can, therefore, find the solutions to our problems.
